If there's any issue with your order we will make sure to fix it and go out of our way to make it right by you.

However, the items are your personal design, text, image, etc.

Therefore we can not just take it back and place it back on the shelf if you changed your mind or if you have requested the wrong sizes, misspellings, etc.

Yet. we will still work with you to the best of our ability to fix mistakes that were done by the customer.
